Our Fitness & Conditioning program was developed to improve students’ overall physical fitness and get them into great shape. Our program uses cardio classes, heavy bag work, and sports strength training techniques to burn fat and tone muscle.

For our Krav Maga students, this conditioning program will improve both your muscle strength and cardiovascular strength so you may perform better in classes and in testing.

For our fitness students, out program is ideal for those of you who wish to improve your bodies, but don’t have time to spend in a gym, or money for expensive exercise equipment.

In our classes, you will not only work up a sweat, but you will see and feel the improvement in your overall physical fitness and benefit from the Krav Maga techniques which are the basis of our conditioning program.
